Speaker, researcher, writer, and consultant Debra Arbit has entered the public speaking scene and is quickly becoming a powerful voice of her generation. Debra works alongside BridgeWorks’ co-founders David Stillman and Lynne Lancaster who literally wrote the book on What Happens When Generations Collide (HarperCollins). She was a key contributor and served as the voice of her generation for their upcoming new book titled The M-Factor which outlines the key essentials needed to understand this generation that is redefining everything from formality to feedback at work. Debra has conducted countless one-on-one interviews with both Millennials and top business execs and has discovered first hand how her generations is reshaping today’s business world.

Debra recently became the majority partner at BridgeWorks, LLC—a company dedicated to bridging generation gaps at work— where she is a featured speaker, leads BridgeWorks' non-profit outreach and dedicates her time to the growth of the company and its clients. In this role, Debra will continue to help organizations narrow generational divides through use of BridgeWorks’ suite of services which includes keynotes speeches, workshops and seminars, trainer certification, and TimesFour, a corporate entertainment show that unites comedy with education.
